Graham House Community Centre

Graham House Community Centre (GHCC) provides information, education and support services to the South Burnett community with a focus on vulnerable individuals and families. Established in 1988 the organisation has developed from a small volunteer-run Community Centre to a significant community-based organization that employs 16 paid staff. GHCC utilizes the support of approximately 45 volunteers across the South Burnett region to assist in the delivery of its services. Our aim is to strengthen and empower the community through services and programs such as Family Support, Community Transport, and Social Support Services, Community Development, Rural Centrelink Agency, Emergency Relief and Drought Support.
