Australian K-9 Detection Unit

The Australian K-9 Detection Unit, based in regional Victoria, has emerged as one of Australia’s first private companies to operate small to medium-scale K-9 narcotics and explosive detection services. AKDU's preventative teams can be deployed in a diverse range of environments, including aviation businesses, government agencies, at corporate and/or public events and functions, staff screening, entertainment events, licensed venues, Australian ports, transport companies and within residential environments allowing parents and guardians to discreetly screen areas within the family home. Also conducting Dangers of Drugs demonstration programmes in Australian schools.
