The Juice Bar has been serving up personally designed cold-press juice and healthy smoothies at events and markets from Auckland to the Coromandel. Marcia purchased the mobile juice van in March 2017 , it was known then as the Lime Juice Bar and now the rebrand is complete. The Juice Bar uses local and seasonal produce, and as much organic produce as possible while still keeping prices affordable. Marcia has just recently opened a summer time pop up juice bar in Cooks Beach, Coromandel.
