22 APAC / Issue Q1 2019 , Duff & Phelps Enhances Restructuring and Dispute Offering with Acquisition of Zolfo Cooper Asia Duff & Phelps, the global advisor that protects, restores and maximizes value for clients, today announced the acquisition of Zolfo Cooper Asia, a leading independent provider of restructuring, insolvency, litigation support and forensic accounting services. The combination of Duff & Phelps and Zolfo Cooper Asia strengthens Duff & Phelps’ restructuring and dispute service offerings for clients in the Greater China Region. Zolfo Cooper Asia has provided independent advice to clients in Hong Kong and mainland China since 2014. Led by Bruno Arboit, the firm has assisted in a number of high-profile insolvency and litigation support cases. Following the acquisition, Arboit will lead Duff & Phelps’ Restructuring and Dispute practices in Greater China, reporting to Paul Clark, Global Head of Restructuring at Duff & Phelps.
