He added that he applies servant-leadership as a timeless approach to grow individuals, build better organisation culture and ultimately create a more just and caring world. These successes are not the result of a one man show, he says. Thanks to his strong team, he was able to grow Hun Win Enterprise and secure more prestigious developments. While Mr Fang has succeeded in realising his short-term vision, he is not one to rest on his laurels. On the contrary, he is constantly exploring ways to reinvent the company to make it more competitive, innovative and sustainable. “There are no tricks running a business.
