APAC Insider is excited to announce that our prestigious Business Awards are returning for the eighth consecutive year in 2023! This large and diverse region is home to over half of the world’s population and is expected to become the largest consumer market within the next two decades. This has positioned Asia Pacific as a growing hub for international business – with a thriving technology sector, a world-class workforce, and a fast-paced and innovative corporate landscape.
Here at APAC Insider, we plan to recognise the leading companies and individuals who are at the cutting-edge of their chosen industries, who are responsible for driving growth and advancement across the APAC region.
Despite current global financial slowdown, Asia Pacific’s economy remains robust, with growth expected to continue throughout 2023. Following the easing of COVID-19 restrictions in China, mobility and consumer activity has increased rapidly, having a positive ripple effect on neighbouring countries throughout the region.
In addition to consistent economic growth, for those looking to do business in Asia Pacific the region also offers favourable tax rates, investment incentives, and a heavily populated and talented workforce to take advantage of. It is no surprise then that many global business leaders are now looking to APAC as a lucrative destination for expansion. In fact, many APAC countries are recognised among the world’s best places to do business, with Singapore, South Korea, Australia, and Hong Kong consistently ranking as some of the highest.
The large economies of India and China are considered major drivers of growth not just within Asia Pacific, but also across international markets. Hong Kong continues to maintain its position as the world’s leading financial hub, and the ‘middle economies’ of countries such as Thailand and Indonesia are expanding at impressive rates. The rising influence of APAC business on the world stage can be partly attributed to the digital revolution currently taking place across the region. Over the last decade, increasing connectivity, better internet access, and sustained income growth of consumers have combined to make Asia Pacific world leaders for the modern digital age.
The team at APAC Insider will consider all of these factors when determining our winners for the Business Awards 2023, ensuring that only the most innovative and hard-working companies go on to be successful. Our unbiased research and selection process allows equal opportunity for businesses of all sizes and industry categories to be recognised in the programme, from SMEs and sole traders all the way to international corporations!

We are pleased to announce that, after a very successful first instalment, the Australian Made Awards 2023 are returning once again! Organised by APAC Insider, a leading brand that covers the latest news, insights, and trends in the Asia-Pacific region, the awards celebrate the excellence, creativity, and resilience of Australian businesses across the production and manufacturing industries.
By entering the Australian Made Awards 2023, you will be able to showcase your products and services to a regional audience of industry professionals. These awards are the perfect opportunity for you to gain recognition and credibility for your hard work and achievements in the manufacturing and production industries in Australia.
The manufacturing and production industries in Australia are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities in 2023. The global pandemic, trade tensions, environmental & geopolitical issues, digital transformation, and changing consumer preferences are reshaping the landscape and creating new demands and expectations.
The entire APAC region is continuing its impressive rebound from the effect of global lockdowns. While only 6.8% of Australia’s population is employed in manufacturing, it looks poised to see positive flow-on effects from the surging APAC region. Ongoing market instabilities will drive more than half of Australian businesses to bring back overseas manufacturing jobs to Australia in high volumes.
To succeed in this dynamic environment, Australian businesses need to adapt, innovate, and differentiate themselves from the competition. That’s why APAC Insider is honouring the best of the best in the Australian manufacturing and production scene with the Australian Made Awards 2023.
The awards process is straightforward; alongside nominations, we have our dedicated in-house research team that analyse businesses they think deserve to be recognised for their achievements. Using this method means that, regardless of industry or size, businesses can be judged on a level-playing ground.
This awards programme is completely free to enter and if your firm is lucky enough to be successful, you will be presented to our circulation of 105,000 and promoted on our official website for a minimum of 12 months.
In addition, our awardees are welcome to choose from our range of competitively priced promotional opportunities to increase exposure of the good news!
If you would like to nominate yourselves, or indeed another business you feel is worthy, then please click on the ‘Vote Now’ button above. Alternatively, if you would like further information about how the Australian Made Awards 2023 can benefit your organisation, please feel free to contact the awards team via email.

2023 Winners AnnouncedSouth East Asia Business Awards (2023)
APAC Insider is excited to announce the return of the South East Asia Business Awards! In 2023 this popular programme will now be in its fifth year, and we are looking forward to once again shining a spotlight on the key players and leading innovators working tirelessly across this dynamic region.
Following a surge of industrialisation throughout the 1960s, South East Asian business has experienced substantial growth, leading to more than half of the region’s eleven countries ranking in the top fifty largest economies worldwide by 2022. While each country does have its own individual strengths and unique industry landscape that sets it apart amongst its neighbours, there are some common market trends that they share.
Agriculture, Manufacturing, and Electronics are the most prominent sectors in virtually all nations of South East Asia. The region is a global export leader, with strong international trade connections for many commodities including food and fishery products, personal electronics, and motor vehicles. SMEs are also the dominant company size across most South East Asian countries, making up the majority of the workforce and contributing significantly to the GDP.
More recently, South East Asia has become a hotspot for Digital Technology, with investment in the region’s tech companies hitting an all-time high in 2021. Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines are at the forefront of this digital revolution. Also currently experiencing a boom is the E-Commerce industry, which has seen huge advancements in recent years, and is now projected to become the biggest driver of growth within South East Asia up until 2025.
When looked at country-by-country, corporate performance across the region is just as impressive. Indonesia ranks as the 16th highest GDP in the world and has recently joined an exclusive club of countries boasting trillion-dollar economies. Like Indonesia, Thailand’s economy has also demonstrated continued growth despite the challenging political climate the country often faces. Thailand is also the number one tourist destination of SEA, accommodating over ten million holidaymakers throughout the course of 2022. Malaysia’s large Construction sector is worth over $32b and has been rapidly expanding as a result of both government and private sector building projects. Vietnam is a central hub for Food production and exports, supplying agricultural and seafood products to a wide range of international markets.
The expansion and diversification of SEA business over the past couple of decades has been truly remarkable, and APAC Insider is a fantastic platform for the leading companies and executives operating in this region to promote their services to a targeted audience of industry professionals. Winners within the South East Asia Business Awards 2023 will be determined via a thorough research and selection process based on merit and carried out by the dedicated team at APAC Insider.
Those successful in the programme will be presented with a range of advertising tools to assist in promoting the award further. These include both physical and digital marketing items such as personalised logos and crystal trophies, as well as various editorial coverage options within our winners’ supplement, and placements on our website and across our other online channels. We have options to suit all budgetary requirements, so no matter how you are looking to feature, there is something for everyone! If you would like to put a business forward for consideration in the South East Asian Business Awards 2023, please don’t hesitate to submit a nomination today!
