Expansion into India Continues as Ujwal Rebrands to Vistra
Further to their acquisition in June by Vistra, Ujwal Management Services Private Limited, an international business services provider based in Bangalore, India, today rebranded to Vistra.
Incorporated in 1995, Ujwal has been assisting clients across the world in expanding their businesses into India. The majority of Ujwal’s clients are Indian subsidiaries of foreign multinationals, predominantly in the information technology sector. As a result, Ujwal enjoys a very strong reputation in the technology space in Bangalore, considered the main hub for this sector in India. The core of its business is to provide assistance with the setup of entities in India, along with ongoing administration services, including payroll, accounting, finance, and statutory compliance. This experience and knowledge will help to nurture and grow Vistra’s International Expansion division in India.
The newly introduced divison in India will be able to leverage the wider Vistra network, and also encourage collaboration with teams globally to further develop the brand’s services. Vistra will also now have the resources to penetrate the IT-enabled services (ITeS) client segment as they gain access to a well-established network spanning into the USA. The rebranding not only continues to help grow Vistra’s presence in India, but it also strengthens their manifestation in the USA, keeping in line with the group’s mission to grow their international footprint.
There will be no changes to the services provided, and the same teams will continue to support clients in the way clients have grown accustomed to. Mr Muralikrishnan A.G will continue managing the Bangalore operation but will now take up the role as CEO, International Expansion Services, India. However, clients will benefit directly from the advantages of being part of Vistra as a global organisation with extensive resources. Vistra currently has over 64 offices across 41 jurisdictions, which the existing team in Bangalore will tap in to, to provide clients with more solid local support.
