ANGUS Chemical Company, the leading manufacturer and marketer of nitroalkanes and their derivatives, today announced the opening of the latest addition to its global series of Customer Application Centers in Singapore. Unifying world-class technical services and local regulatory expertise, the new facility will provide a collaborative hub for local and regional customers to work together with ANGUS and boost innovations.

By strengthening these partnerships, and providing customers with local resources, the center aims to expedite application development and accelerate speed-to-market, ultimately helping customers’ products and processes perform better.

“A global financial and commerce hub, Singapore is a prime location for innovative developments,” said Elicia Yee, regional business manager, Asia Pacific at ANGUS. “The new center caters to a multitude of markets, including Life Sciences, Home and Personal Care, and Industrial Specialties, such as paints and coatings, metalworking fluids and gas treating. We’re excited to bring a new, multi-functional lab to the region, helping us collaborate with our customers to achieve even better levels of product and process performance.”

Serving Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, this new center houses multi-functional, state-of-the-art laboratories and a modern training facility, providing a premier location for customers to meet in-person with ANGUS’ local technical and regulatory experts.

“ANGUS Chemical Company is excited about our most recent investment in Singapore. Our new Customer Application Center, in addition to recruiting top talent, reaffirms our commitment to customers in Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and positions ANGUS to better serve our customers for years to come,” said Mark Henning, president and CEO. “We are poised for growth, and through our global network of Customer Application Centers, we are able to help our customers perform better.”
